    This property is ready for some TLC and is being sold AS IS. I can speak favorably for the structure of the home; it's solid. No water issues, no smell of water issues, it's totally dry. It does however need new Fixtures, new Appliances, sub-floors are solid, will need new Flooring of choice, Wood vs Tile, Beige Carpet vs Creme.
