To me, the 4th floor is the 'Goldilocks' floor at Grand Panama Beach Resort -- perfect for enjoying both the majestic beach view, and the perfect distance of all the fun energy of the pool amenities... without dizzying heights. The unit recently had a new HVAC unit installed, and I've just put in new carpet in bedrooms, new scuff resistant paint throughout, a new stove/oven, and a new sleeper sofa with gel mattress has just arrived. The unit is completely and tastefully furnished. Upscale teak tables and cast aluminum seating has been recently added to the lanae/patio, too! I personally love the unit, and am sure I will regret selling it. Sales price is firm. Thanks so much!
