I have an unfurnished bedroom available in a 2 bed/2 bath condo right off of Harrison in Leadville for $1000/month starting September 1st. You would have your own private bath with a shared living room and kitchen. Heat, water, sewage, internet and trash are included and electricity is split (usually about $30 a month). I do have two cats, but I could be open to another animal if they could all get along. First and security ($1000) before moving in. There is no smoking in the unit and there is a parking lot for HOA members near the unit. I am open to another animal if they have a background of getting along well with cats.
