When we purchased home we took all the carpet out with the exception of the upstairs bedroom and replaced flooring. We repainted all rooms and rebuilt the stairs leading upstairs. Replaced double doors upstairs and down stairs. Added a lot of improvements in the bathroom etc. We re worked the decks and also redid the boat dock. Added a outdoor shed on the boat dock for storage. We just replaced a/c unit with brand new system (Summer 2018)
