Located near the Balboa Island Ferry, where you can cross to the Balboa Peninsula to discover the many restaurants and various other activities (boat rentals, tours, arcades and the ocean). Stroll the boardwalk around the Island and enjoy the bay front beaches and a charming downtown area where you can shop and dine. Rental includes a carport and there is a swimming pool (not Heated in winter) and built-in gas bar-be-que on the property. Patio/Pool/BBQ area shared with owners next door. Cable TV, DVD player, Cable/Wireless Internet access and Utilities (gas,electric, water) are included. Linens and towels are provided. Best suited for single person. Sorry, no pets. Available beginning September 15th thru June 15th 2025. Looking for a 9 month rental No month to month. There is no washer & dryer on the premises but the laundromat is on the next block.
