House is plenty big enough for a family of 3 to 4. The bedrooms are fairly roomy in comparison to other homes built in the 1940s to 1960s. There is 1 good sized bathroom complete with single sink vanity and a large fully tiled shower (only). Building has one dual plug outlet and a pull-string overhead light, it's also equipped with built in shelving. Rent payments are due by the 5th business day (Monday - Saturday) each month **unless the 5th falls on a Sunday! At that point, the due date will be on the 6th day after of the month! Property Owner pays the property taxes associated with property as well as any electrical or plumbing issues that may occur. Tenant will be responsible for ALL other types of bills such as the utility bill (electricity, water, trash, sewer), as well as the internet, TV and telephone bill, etc. **NO gas hookup, everything is electric**. Tenant MUST maintain the yard such as mowing, hedge trimming, and the overall cleanliness of the interior AND exterior! Failure to do so will result in property manager hiring someone to perform such tasks for you which you, the tenant, will be billed for those charges; said charges MUST be paid, IN FULL, by the next rent payment due date! Tenant can repaint any wall within the interior of the house, any color they may choose. Exterior colors MUST remain the original color which you can get that information from the property manager!
