118 Hamilton Lane is a Stephen Fuller southern home design with some dramatic modifications to enhance the livability and enjoyment of the home. A dramatic 12x15 Sunroom has been incorporated off the Kitchen eating area with a fifteen foot vaulted ceiling. The room is surrounded in light with a total of nine windows including picture style windows to capture the breathtaking elevated view down the 3rd fairway at Monticello and out onto the lake. WINDOWS: The home's windows are vinyl clad wood windows by Weathershield. They are insulated, double pane, double hung low E glass for both energy efficiency and sound deadening. The windows have a twenty year warranty. HOME EXTERIOR: The exterior of the home is beige stucco with a stone front porch and rear grilling porch and stairs. Copper is on the front of the house above the bay window. The driveway has stone accents to add character to the large motor court entry.
