The guest suite has its own private entrance and offers a bed-sitting room, kitchen-dining room and 3-piece bathroom. Kitchen comes supplied with dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, small appliances, plus stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. We also provide towels and bed linens, changed weekly along with weekly cleaning. Free WiFi/Internet. Great spot for transit; close to Bloor line (Ossington station) and 3 frequent bus routes. Dry cleaner on site. Small grocery stores (2), bakeries (2), pharmacy, 7-day a week laundromat, Italian restaurant, and coffee shop a 3-minute walk from your front door. Walking distance to stores, cafes, restaurants, drugstores and more on the Bloorcourt section of Bloor Street. Also easy walking distance to the Geary Strip. Building is in a safe neighbourhood and also offers 24/7 camera surveillance. Street parking right outside your front door if you have a vehicle. (Permit required for overnight parking.) Bikes not allowed inside the suite; spots to chain up bikes close by. In winter months, snow removal is handled by building management or city crews. Please inquire about viewings. Rental rate includes all utilities (electricity, heat, water), WiFi, TV, Internet, weekly cleaning and linen change. We are similar to an extended-stay hotel; all our rentals are short term. Posted rent is for shoulder/low season. Rental periods can run by the calendar month but we can also do flexible start and end dates, such as mid-month to mid-month, or mid-month to the end of a calendar month, so please let us know your preferred dates when inquiring.
