The tenant is responsible for payment for water, propane, cable and electricity. $150 more per month for small one dog under 20 pounds allowed. 12 month contract must be signed. Only the people listed on the rental agreement may reside at the property. Tenant must maintain property ie: landscaping, snow removal, etc. Quiet hours are from 9:00 P.M until 8:00 A.M with respect for neighbors. No smoking in the home is allowed. No illegal drug use is allowed at the home. 30 day move out notice needed. If any damage found to the property beyond normal wear and tear upon your move-out inspection, the money to make the repairs will come from the security deposit.
