Owner working on back two first floor rooms, backyard, and driveway so these are not included in the rental. Since the kitchen is part of the two rooms the owner is working on, there will only be a sink, a fridge, stove, and no cabinets only shelves. Lots of nice space but not for everyone. Non-smokers, NO pets, must have 2-3 perfect references/adult persons, and must receive good report from local police.
