There are two windows letting in ample sunlight. Outside the room is a shared microwave, kettle, water filter, kitchen counter (with induction stove), and shared bathroom, as well as a balcony. The main kitchen area, washer and dryer, are available downstairs. Street parking. Bicycles can be secured in the veranda inside. Located near the Delta College Mountain House Campus, half a mile from Mountain House High School, a 10 minute walk from Savi's Mini Mart, a 8 minute walk from Wicklund Elementary School and Wicklund Park, a 12 minute walk from Bethany Village Park. Professionals (healthcare, software, education, public services etc.) and students are welcome. There are two additional rooms that are available on the same floor if there is someone whom you would like to join you and are looking to rent. Alcohol and smoking are not allowed. Vegetarian food may be cooked and consumed in the premises. Pets aren't allowed in the premises. Common utilities to be used reasonably (washer dryer, kitchen etc). No overnight guests please.

The owner stays at the property. He is a working professional. His family visits about once a month.
