Waterfall Cottage is very private, located a good distance from the main house on our half acre lot. Access to the cottage is by walking up a long driveway from the street. We are located among many redwood and oak trees, with creeks on both sides of the property. The whole cottage is yours, as well as a small sitting area outside the front door and a very large garden in front of the main house. There are winding paths, places to sit, read and relax. We live on a very quiet street with plenty of free parking. The walk from the street to the cottage is uphill, and requires strong legs. There are no stairs however. A car can be pulled up to the front door of the cottage for unloading if necessary. All utilities are included (we have solar, so no power outages!). High speed internet. Parking is on the street (lots of space available). No smoking allowed. Can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Minimum lease term is 8 months.
