The unit features air conditioning, full kitchen, walk-in closet, and around 700 square feet of living space. These pictures are taken before we installed a stove, fridge, A/C, and new vanity. Utilities including electric, water, and cable are included, but are based on single occupant. There is shared access to washer/dryer on property. Couples will be considered, but rent will be set at $2450 to accommodate extra utility usage. Pets are negotiable on a case-by-case basis. We have a small dog and children on property that occupant's pet must be fine with. Sorry, but pool access is not included. There is one assigned parking space off the street.
