This is a brand new home! Very spacious, clean, and conviently located in town! Will consider pets but please know that the area is not fenced. I am looking for a clean tenant that will take care of this house for a minimum of 2 years. The tenant shall provide a proof of income and have a steady job(s). No drugs or smoking is allowed on the property under any circumstances. 2 year lease agreement is required. Renter is responsible for all utilities, lawn care and keeping the house clean. We are pet friendly. This does not mean you can have unlimited pets, we will approve any and all pets before they are allowed to move in. This is a brand new house so i plan on keeping it in good shape. All applicants will have to fill out a rental application at the showing.
