Hello potential roommate! My roommates and I have one bedroom available in our amazing new 5BR / 3BA house on the Emeryville/Oakland border available NOW! The house is gorgeous, spacious, has plenty of light, and brand new flooring throughout. Details below! US: Two ladies and two gents 20-somethings and early 30-somethings. Three of us work a 9-5 (ish) and one of us works remote about 50% of the time from home. We all came together from an ad just like this! There is one K-9 friend and we plan to have another within the next few months. We are clean in the common areas and take care of the house, and love to hang out at night cooking, chatting, and winding down after our days. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a responsible, professional individual open to sharing and caring for our beautiful space. We are happy to consider another pet on a per-case basis. This is a communal space so we want to get along with our new roomie :) PLEASE NO COUPLES, we are firm on this The room is a good size and has plenty of space for a queen bed, dresser (plus maybe another in the closet), and desk. You will share a HUGE bathroom with one of the gents, and you two are the only ones on the upper level. Downstairs there is a backyard with driveway/garage and laundry room fully equipped.
