Looking for 1 new roommates for this beautiful home. The large bedroom which is on the main floor (dimensions 12 ft x 14ft, rent: $1,200) with private bathroom. I am looking for someone who is fun yet mature, clean, and responsible. Currently I am 25 years old and am looking for someone hovering around that age and a bit older. I mostly keep to myself, but I am always down to socialize and/or chill. There are an other bedroom with other separate individual bathroom so no fuss there. There is common area between all tenants (1 other tenant), including private foyer and porch to enjoy the weather. NO large pets but fish and other smaller ones are good with extra fees. There is two fridges, one in the kitchen and another in the garage. Washer, Dryer and dishwasher will be shared as well.
