Our apartments are currently renovating all of our apartments with the following: New flooring, carpet in bedrooms, new counter-top in the kitchen, fixtures, blinds, lighting and hardware. We provide free basic-extended cable service through Time Warner. We also provide a stack-able washer and dryer in the apartment for you. Here your heat is gas and we pay for your gas which means no heat bill in the Winter months! We are a pet friendly community and have many grassy areas for our furry little friends. We also have a 9ft swimming pool for your pleasure, playground and Laundry facility. In the near future we will be adding on some more amenities.
