The second sleeping area is a full size bed in the sunroom that lifts to reveal a double Jaccuzzi jetted tub. A huge automatic glass door opens off the sun-room to an outside floating deck, perfect for fishing or watching sunsets. The house has an efficient mini-split A/C and heating and a tank-less gas water heater. Beautiful Brazilian Koa wooden floors throughout except the upstairs bedroom which is carpeted. Rent does not include electricity and gas. Secured Gated off-street parking lot. Easy freeway access. Walk-able to shops and restaurants. Only water garbage and internet included. We will bill for electricity and gas usage. Would prefer a single six month plus rental, some flexibility in dates on calendar. Definitely No smoking. Small dog negotiable.. Credit and background check by Owner and the moorage. This is our summer home which we rent out while wintering at our home in Florida.
