Built in 1837, the inn has been recently renovated to preserve its original farmhouse charm, ensuring you feel at home in this timeless setting. While the inn does not have a restaurant, guests can enjoy a shared area equipped with a fridge, toaster, and microwave, as well as a coffee bar area with a water bubbler. Two spacious dining areas are available for guests to enjoy their meals. During the warm season, the deck with a grill offers an inviting space for outdoor dining. Free parking is available on the premises for guests' convenience. Additional amenities include outlet covers, a highchair, and a crib, all available upon request. Guests can also take advantage of luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures. The inn is ideally located near local attractions such as Mount Sunapee, known for its resort activities including skiing and snowboarding lessons, and Gunnison Lake, affectionately called 'The Goshen Ocean.' Explore the Ruth LeClair Memorial Trail, a three-mile loop around Gunnison Lake, or visit nearby Balthazar's Ice Shack, Tippicanoe Campground, and Sanctuary Farm for a taste of the local charm. This is a non-smoking property, and violators will incur a $250 fee. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation and will need to provide a State Identification Card or Driver License upon booking. The front door is secured 24/7 and can only be accessed with a code provided in your check-in instructions. Guests are expected to be self-sufficient from check-in to check-out. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 7am on weekdays and 10pm to 9am on weekends. Please be mindful of the historic nature of the building and handle with care.
