The house has a three-car private parking with a covered carport. The master bedroom has generous closets with a $10k Cloud Luxe King size Tempurpedic bed with a reclining and massage base system. The master bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower with a sit-in hot tub. The guest room currently has no bed, but is perfect for another office, with its own private bathroom. The living room L-sectional has a pull-out couch that can even sleep three people, a brand new 4K 65" TV, and a Sonos home system. The home features a built-in HEPA Emery Aerosol Capture Filter Cleaner system that filters the central AC, which stops 99.97% of airborne particulates and aerosols (better than an N95 mask). This home is perfect for people with allergies or stopping COVID. Hardly any listing has a built-in HEPA unit. You'll live in a quiet community with friendly neighbors and we even have a community garden. We're a ten-minute walk from the Rosewood park, pool, and Millenium Bowling Alley. A mile down the road on our street you'll find Franklin's Barbecue, Hillside Farmacy, Nickel City, Rockstar Bagels, Figure Eight Coffee, and other East Austin must-sees.
