Here are the steps to fulfill a lease takeover. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know. 1. There is a $400 LTO Fee (negotiable between you and new resident -since they keep deposit of $450) that you must pay upon finding a new resident and also provide to us a written notice to vacate. 2. The new resident must fill out an application (please apply at www.brentwoodapts.net), SRI release form, provide an application fee of $45, also provide income verification (2 most recent pay stubs, or offer letter if new employment). Must have good credit above 540 & background check. 3. Inform us that you've found someone willing to take over your lease and once we get all of their information in, we can run them through the SRI background check system.
