This home is 20-30 minutes from the Cape Girardeau area, Sikeston area, and Dexter area with their many attractions. We also have a Lambert's Cafe 30 minutes away. The Lake Wappapello area is also a close recreational area located about 45 minutes away. Come and get away for a day or longer, relax and make yourself at home. There's a nice deck outside for you to relax and enjoy some quiet. Inside the house is a new renovated mobile home in a quiet neighborhood. It has 3 bedrooms, master suite with bathroom attached on one side of the home. The other side of the home is a second bedroom with a full size bunk bed on bottom and twin on top, third bedroom is an extra bedroom/game room and a bathroom on that side of the house with a tub. There's a train track that is around 2 blocks away from our house. We wanted everyone to be aware because it does make noise. You'll be able to access the whole house and deck. We want our home to be a warm and inviting place where you can come and enjoy some time away. Our house isn't perfect. We do our best to keep it neat and tidy. The rent covers a fully furnished house which includes all utilities and WiFi. This house is non-smoking. Pets are allowed if they are well-behaved. It also has parking on premises
