We call it a bonus room because it has heat etc., but no closet. The last tenant who lived here over 10 years, used this room as a bedroom for their child. This is a no smoking of any kind ..no pet unit. Rent is 1495 per month, plus electric. We will provide gas heat, water & sewer, and trash removal.
