I am looking to rent a room to an international student, preferably graduate student, or a nurse for the months of June, July and August, when i will be out of town. Everything is negotiable with the right candidate. You can move in earlier and we will reach an agreement on rent. The house is walking distance to Aldi, WholeFoods, Kroger, and Daffin Park on victory. I am a SCAD professor and I prefer a SCAD student who is clean and respectful. Longer term rent possible. New laminate floor. duration: June, July and August, possible to move in earlier and/or extend beyond summer months. Utilities:landlord pays for gas and water and up to $150 of electricity. Anything beyond $150 will be paid by renter for the three months of summer. After summer, anything beyond $150 will be split in two between the renter and the landlord.
