Looking for someone to take over my lease as early as 12/17. 2nd floor apartment in beautiful old Victorian home - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and back porch (enclosed). Rent is $735 a month and includes heat, hot water and sewer. Laundry facility available at no charge (shared with one other tenant). The tenant is responsible for paying borough utilities, which average $35-50 a month. This is a GREAT apartment and the only reason that I am moving is because I am buying a house.
