There is not a stove in the unit, but Landlord will allow Tenant to purchase and use an electric skillet or small toaster oven. The following conditions will also apply: *All utilities and services currently in use at the property are included in the monthly rent of $1100. *The Landlord will allow the Tenant to install cable for Internet and TV if the Tenant chooses to do so.
