We have a spacious room for rent in our home in Newton. It is a quiet room with new floors. There is a sitting space with a large screen TV. Outdoors, in the back yard, there is a grill and place to relax and in the front yard, there is a bench to sit in the sun or shade. We live in a very safe area, with friendly neighbors. Great place to run, or walk and close to shops and hospitals. I am hoping to get a renter for 3-6 months - one year, if it's a good fit. Utilities are included but we all pitch in for plowing in the winter and lawn care in the summer.
