    This home was built to truly be able to relax and enjoy one floor lake living (4 bedrooms on main floor) have no problem raising a growing family, and built of the finest weatherproof and maintenance free materials that would give more time without the burden of continuous upkeep. Even the shrubs and landscaping were selected to minimize effort. The natural areas are designed to control tree leaves. The entire yard was designed to repel water and ensure a dry home. It has engineered drainage, so that even with the biggest downpours, you can be sure that the home stays dry, the zoysia grass maintains its luster and is not swamped! Even the crawlspace has been encapsulated and has a commercial dehumidifier. Our cove has been fully dredged and provides a nice wide view, typically deep water unless there is a major drawdown, a private ramp, a maintenance free dock, and a matched high quality shed/shop for the lawn equipment. The garage is oversized at about 24’ x 27’ deep and has built in shelves, benches and cabinets.
