Certain High-end fixtures and finishes that are currently working will stay with the apartment, but will not necessarily be replaced in kind if broken during tenancy (such as heated towel warmers, heated toilet seats, smart shades and lights, etc). It's a great condo that's served us incredibly well and is ready for a new renter to move in by June 1!
