Just remodeled. Our 2bd/2 bath house has two extra rooms, one large which could be office with private entrance and a smaller extra bedroom. The home sits on 21 acres and has a small lake. We also live in a separate house on the land part time. Because of lake we do not want children under 10. Cat and well behaved dog is fine. There is a garden already fenced you can use and two storage shed. Also a studio we are glad to share. We are glad to live with the many creatures which all this place him. I have lived here for 50 plus years and have felt very safe. We prefer people who have lived in this area, but are open.
