Since we keep getting people with pets responding to this ad (though it states no pets), please understand that even if your dog is a direct descendant of Rin Tin Tin and Lassie, it is still a pet dog. Then you may contact us about a quick look inside while we complete the remodel. If everything looks promising to you, you can then fill out an application. This is a great location. There is a park with tennis courts three blocks away. Beaverton's newest elementary school, Vose, is three blocks away. All the streets have sidewalks and street lights. Entrance to Fanno Creek Nature Park and Trails is within four blocks. Access to HWY 217 is less than a half mile away. Quiet roads; No through streets in the neighborhood.
