Insurance Requirements- Renters Insurance: Tenant is strongly encouraged to obtain renters/tenant insurance to protect personal belongings and provide liability coverage. Owner's homeowner's insurance does not cover Tenant's personal property or certain liability situations involving Tenant. Property Management- The property has a property manager who is available to tenants and responds within 24 hours of any request.
