    24hr notice needed prior to showings. Do NOT go up to the property without our agent. The next door neighbor is a law enforcement officer and he will arrest anyone he sees trespassing. There is also still a tenant living in the home. Fair warning. Incredible view from atop a bluff overlooking a serene valley. If you like country living and seclusion, this is your place! 3BR, 1BTH older farm home with some updates. Some new flooring, paint and fixtures. New 2019 high efficiency furnace and water heater. Set on several acres. Wildlife in abundance. You could even hunt this ground as long as you have a hunting license and are safe with where you shoot. You could probably keep a horse or two, but would have to provide their water source and would be responsible for putting up or maintaining any fencing. This would be only temporary/partial access to the additional acreage. The owner may at some point lease this extra acreage out to another party. It could be available to lease to you for cattle, etc. for an additional rate. The owner will also access this acreage regularly to maintain/oversee it.
