1)The unit has a super efficient heating system... You will save $100's on your energy efficient utilities!
2)You can save $1000's by dealing directly with the landlord and GETTING A FAIR LEASE!! I use the BOULDER MODEL LEASE which is very plain language and tenant friendly. Most landlords don't use it. Here is a good rule of thumb: the longer your lease, the less deposit you get back.
