There is a possibility of renewing the lease after that period but it would be with one+ new roommates. The space we are renting is its own apartment area, but within the same house as two other roommates. The apartment area has its own entrance which opens to the backyard, 1 bedroom, general living room area, bathroom, and thermostats. It is completely private and we would not be going into one another's spaces (aside from laundry at the renter's choice to opt in)- there is a door that locks and separates the two areas. The space allows much natural light and is in a safe, beautiful, and respectful neighborhood. We are close to stores, shopping, library, parks, and nature areas! Although the area is separate, we would of course be sharing the same house with the same wifi, mailbox, washer and dryer (in the main house), and yard. We are looking for someone responsible, clean, dependable, and you must pass a background check with your current photo ID and social security number.
