'88 modular home with a 12ft x 12ft added building, which leads to a garden deck porch... Garage is 25ft x 30ft with car port and can park 3 vehicle's inside. We have had the kitchen gutted and new cabinets installed, with granite counter tops. Installed a new sink, faucet and dish washer. Then had the new SS refrigerator built in. Cabinets are all 3/4 plywood, not from home depot, lowes, etc. Mohawk ceramic tile (13 x 13) has been laid from the washing area, through the kitchen, and family room to the second bathroom. Both the master bath and the second bathrooms have been rebuilt with new cabinets, Wainscot panels, etc. We have a nice air tight wood stove and in the winters probably go thru around a cord of wood...love that wood stove...Had the Septic system replaced this past year... Neighborhood Description Nice neighborhood. All lots are 2 plus acres up to 5 acres in vicinity. The Wal-Mart Super Center has opened and we are 2.4 miles from the garage to their parking lot. Close to everything, but still in the County of San Bernardino. Natural gas, city water and on a septic system. Plenty of old trees, shrubs, and we have gotten rid of lots of catus. Fenced in (redwood) for back yard, with chain link in the front area. Lot is completely fenced. Home just flows evenly... Update: 2/17/2018... The septic system, including the leach lines, has been replaced at a major cost, to the latest equipment known...
