Fuller Commons is a very small property with just 45 apartments. It's a completely different living experience when compared to large complexes. There's no passing the buck around this office - it's only me here! Also, our property is just 12 years old, which means you'll find our apartments to be in better condition and more trouble-free than most of the others. And if something should need repair, I am your full-time, on-site manager and maintenance person and I assure you that your issue will be taken care of promptly.
We are just a few blocks West of SE 82nd in a quiet, comfortable and convenient area of unincorporated Clackamas County just outside of Portland. Clackamas Town Center is just a half-mile away (about a 10-minute walk from here door to door) and it's a short drive from here to I-205 or the Milwaukie Expressway (Hwy 224) for those who commute by car. There are Tri-Met buses stops just steps away on Fuller Road and 82nd avenue (33, 34, 71, 72) with six additional bus lines and the MAX all stopping at Clackamas Town Center. All kinds of grocery stores, department stores, restaurants, etc. are a short drive away or within walking distance.
Each of our apartments come with a covered, reserved parking space, full-size washer and dryer, fridge, range, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a patio or balcony with a 4x5x8 storage closet. Utilities are $50 per month and include water, sewer, garbage and recycling services. Your security deposit may be as low as 50% of one month's rent depending on the results of your screening ($45 per person).
Financial Requirements = A (combined, if you share the apartment) monthly gross income of 2X the rent or greater, savings of 12X the rent or a co-signer.
All of our incoming residents must sign a 12-month lease.
Smoking is allowed on your back patio ONLY. It is strictly forbidden anywhere else on the property.
