The safety and security in Gold River is a big plus. It has private security trucks that cruise around through every village all the time. They notice any anomaly and even help check on you and notify you if for example you by accident left say the door or garage door open overnight or multiple days. And the HOA has just enough rules to keep everything really super clean and manicured. No neighbor junk cluttering up the look of things, ever. Another cool thing about the house is the 3-car garage has separate rooms, the single bay is separated from the double with a clear plastic wall, great for dog or other use, and connected with door to the large paved fenced-in area on the side of the house with gate. The Whole House Fan allows for cool down in evening on hot summer days with cool nights. Also, brand new HVAC system (furnace and air conditioner) was in installed 2018. And one more thing that is unusual about this great house: There is a ton of built-in cabinet storage all over the house. Really a lot, much more than in a normal house. The top of stairs entire wall is built in cabinets. Also the laundry room has both opposing walls filled completely with cabinets. Even the garage has great cabinetry.
