And the HOA has just enough rules to keep everything really super clean and manicured. No neighbor junk cluttering up the look of things, ever. Another cool thing about the house is the 3-car garage has separate rooms, the single bay is separated from the double with a clear plastic wall, great for dog or other use, and connected with door to the large paved fenced-in area on the side of the house with gate. The Whole House Fan allows for cool down in evening on hot summer days with cool nights. Also, brand new HVAC system (furnace and air conditioner) was in installed 2018.
