At the driveway's curve, you CAN ALSO WALK STRAIGHT and through the trees to get to the back acres. This is the 20' easement and would be where you could add access to the back acreage. This is because BOTH properties share a 20' non-exclusive perpetual easement to reach 11607 and the back 4.6+ acres. All of this will make more sense when you look at the photos with the driveway and see the survey (attached). The lot lines also show up when you hit the satellite view on the listing. Have your agent call if this is confusing. Please remember to park on the grass in front of 11601 (white rancher). PS - we don't actually know where the back acreage starts. You'd need to walk in the woods and find the rods. We do think it's somewhat beyond where the tree line begins. PLEASE PARK ON THE GRASS. DO NOT PARK ON THE DRIVEWAY.
