This RV Park is tucked back in the historic stretch of Old Clarkdale HWY. Very Private and a close walk to all of old town cottonwood's up and coming restaurants, wine tasting rooms, entertainment, and unique shops. The park has 15 spaces, a house, a well house containing a washer and dryer, and a Recreation Center with a kitchenette, couches, tables and chairs, a wall cabinet with lots of games and books and movies, and just outside is a lawn with a gas fire ring and BBQ area. One of the spaces also contains a semi-permanent Park Model RV with a residential air pump. The main house is old but has been remodeled a couple of times and the official square footage is likely not accurate.
