    What the owner loves about this home
    I love the location. It seems close to most everywhere in Cheyenne by way of Central and Warren. I love the south facing front of the house that lets in much light and makes for a bright living space. I like the hardwood floors though most of the top 2 floors. The home has a drop down stairs to the attic that has enough space to walk around in. Having two, one car garages give ample parking space and protects our car from the elements. I love our neighbors and Avenues community. Having a large patio in back with a fenced yard is a great place to hang out and enjoy the day. I like the shed in back because it hides the lawn tools, bbq, ect. Lastly, I like the location in proximity to the parks.
