Upstairs the big surprise is the washer and dryer that is located between the two bedrooms and is in the full bathroom. There is a bath tub and good counter and storage space in the oversized vanity. Both bedrooms are about the same size which makes splitting with a roommate easy. Its also nice that there are no common walls between the bedrooms with the bathroom being between the two rooms. Good closet space in both. Plush carpet in the bedrooms. The basement is unfinished but offers great storage space or could be used as a play or workout room. Another bonus is the high ceilings and the patio off the slider from the living room. This backs to the woods and is a nice spot for a grill or to relax in privacy. The condo has central air and efficient natural gas heat to keep the heating bills reasonable. There are two assigned parking spots. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water and gas (heating). Owner is responsible for all condo fees, assessments, water. Please keep in mind we have a strict application process that focuses heavily on credit. There is also a background, employment/income verification, and eviction check. There is only one month security deposit with a strong application. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
