1 bed, 1.5 baths. House gutted to studs. Basement previously had second bedroom but former owner gutted and ripped up wood floor in basement (half of basement wood floor; half concrete). Shed in back (concrete; needs new roof on shed). The good: Brand new roof on house, boiler, plumbing, and electric (electric wires ran; need to connect to a new panel). Had sewer drains checked, clean. Have kitchen cabinets with granite and farm sink, stainless stove, and half of drywall. Walls just insulated and recessed lighting on first floor installed. The bad: -Basement half wooden floor which previous owner ripped up to the dirt floor (other half of basement concrete) -Portion of one wall in basement (5 foot span) appears to have slight buldge. Drips of water can be seen running down wall on hard rain but never has been beyond that (e.g., never accumulation or even a small puddle -- just drips). -Construction debris from former owner in basement and accumulated in wooden shed. Not a huge deal but first thing I would do is rent a dumpster to clear out of the way. Contact Information Almost all materials there to finish the house. 7 min walk to the T.
