We are looking for a special tenant (a single person) who is flexible, trustworthy, non-smoker, no pets who can manage living in a house that has substantial repair needs. This would be a 6 month lease with the option to renew once the repairs are finished. Rent would be low during the repair period with the chosen tenant responsible for paying utilities and a substantially reduced rent of $250/month. The normal security deposit of $1,500 would still be collected (Despite the house having substantial repair needs, we still need to protect any possible damages.)
