This house is super clean and has a great open floor plan. There is a kitchen island that stays, granite counter tops and huge storage space. I built an outdoor kitchen last year that has a real wood fire place, stone counters , a grill and a small refrigerator. There is also a screened in patio with a pergola attached. Great for entertaining. The neighborhood is great for children. It has a a community area in the center of the neighborhood with a gazebo for entertaining.
