Being so close to downtown makes it quite accessible whether by car, bike or bus. No outdoor cats are allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Also you can look through the pictures to see some of the period details of this home: hardwood floors, bay windows, built ins, wood trim, etc. Owner pays water, sewer, and garbage. Some storage is available. Check on details as a small amount is without extra charge but larger storage may be extra.
