Anyone over 18 who will be in the home must fill out an application also. No evictions. No Felonies. You must attend one of the open houses prior to application approval. We have an open house scheduled currently Saturday, October 12 -2 to 3 PM Tenant (s) responsible for Electric, Gas, water, trash. No smoking, No pets. First month and security deposit due at signing. 1 year lease and renter insurance is required.
