There's a private parking spot but it is a little tight. Available starting in July (I'm flexible on move in) but lease will run until end of August 2026. About the location: Located in the best possible part of Charlestown, on Main St and Union St, the apartment is perfect for walkers. It's a 2 minute walk to Whole Foods, 10 minute walk to the Orange Line at Community College, and a 15 minute walk to North Station. About you: Clean, responsible, and professional. I renovated this apartment planing on living in it for years, but my company has switched from remote to in person, so unfortunately, I need to move! I'm looking for someone who loves it here as much as I do. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Security deposit is due with first month's rent.
