Available mid-May 2025. Our home is a 1922 two story house in Old Town Fort Collins. It is light, bright and full of character and charm. The house is a couple of blocks away from City Park easy walk or bike into town and CSU. Important notes: The house is currently unfurnished. No air-conditioning If you are interested, please message with details about who would be living in the house, how long you need a rental etc. House description: On our main level, there is a living room with a fireplace, a sunny dining room and kitchen. The kitchen was remodeled in late 2017 and has a large island, gourmet stove and lovely open shelving. The kitchen has French doors that open out onto a deck and newly landscaped backyard with tons of flowers. Also on the main level, there are three bedrooms each with large closets (we used the front room as an office, given a built-in desk and shelving) and a bathroom renovated in 2021. The large master bedroom is up a short flight of stairs (no attached bathroom). There is a guest room and living area in the basement, along with a second bathroom, laundry room, and a lot of storage space with shelving. Detached garage provides ample storage space for bikes and your belongings but it does not work for car parking. Alleys border the house on the south & east sides - so it feels very private. Tenant Responsibilities: Tenant pays for all utilities including electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet and any other applicable services. Tenant is responsible for lawn care, including sprinklers, watering, mowing, and fall cleanup. Tenant is also responsible for snow removal during winter months.
