Renovations: The entire unit is currently undergoing renovations, and will be complete prior to move-in. This includes all new light fixtures, all new ceiling fans, a new tub surround, a new kitchen sink, new kitchen countertop, all new power outlets, all new light switches, all new carpeting, new laminate flooring, and fresh paint throughout. Layout of space: On the first floor, there are three exits out of the apartment. A front door that opens into a shared vestibule that goes out to the front deck, a back door that exits directly outside, and a door into a shared staircase into the basement. The first floor has the kitchen with an eat-in dining room, as well as the living room, with a coat closet. On the second floor, there is a standard full bathroom, two bedrooms, and a small linen closet. One of the bedrooms has a small walk-in closet. There is an 8 foot by 8 foot section of storage in the basement that is available to tenants, which is directly next to the washer and dryer hook-ups. Parking: Parking is available off-road in the driveway. Depending on the size of the vehicle, tenants should be able to fit 2 vehicles in the space they have in the driveway. Utilities: The only utilities included are the cost of municipal waste removal, and water. Tenants are responsible for gas and electricity bills. These bills are managed through National Grid and National Fuel. Pets/Animals: There are no pets or animals of any kind allowed to reside inside or outside of the apartment. Rent/Lease: The rent is $1,250.00 per month, and will be for at least 12 months, the length of the first lease agreement. In order to enter the initial lease agreement, the total amount due to secure the apartment is $2,500.00. This amount includes $1,250.00 for the first month's rent, and the security deposit of $1,250.00. Lease agreements are to be in 12 month increments, and no month-to-month lease agreements will be considered. Requirements for all residents who are at least 18 years old: 1. Proof of income amount & longevity (most recent statement) 2. Proof of income source/type (most recent statement) 3. Full copy of Experian credit report (pulled within 7 days of application)
